Larissa Martinez
With 20+ years of experience as a political strategist and policy expert, Larissa has a proven track record of delivering winning, multifaceted strategies by combining policy, communications and grassroots organizing expertise.
Larissa served as a Senior Government Relations Professional at Invariant and worked as a senior advisor to three U.S. Senators. She received an MPA in Public Administration and Political Management from the University of Southern California and a BA in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
A political entrepreneur, Larissa also founded WPLN Action, Catalyst PAC, the Lion Leadership Fund, and is the President of Women's Public Leadership Network.
Larissa is also an Advisory Board Member, IRI’s Women’s Democracy Network; an AEI LN member; former member, Trump Presidential Transition Team, and Vice Chair, UGA SPIA Alumni Board. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco and co-author of the children’s book, “My Mommy Is a Candidate.”

Andeliz Castillo
Andeliz is an operations leader with 20 years of experience in business operations, project management, government relations, public affairs, public policy, issue-advocacy, and human resources.
Andeliz served in the Executive Branch, leading coalition-building efforts on behalf of the Vice President’s office. She has also represented U.S. shareholder interests on the Board of Executive Directors of the Inter-American Development Bank, served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff of The Libre Initiative & The Libre Institute. as well as served in various functions on Capitol Hill, including strategic communications, public policy, and community outreach.
Born and raised in New York City to Cuban and Colombian immigrants, Andeliz graduated from Brown University and also attended the Women and Politics Institute at American University. She is currently on the Board of Directors of Music For All.
Andeliz is a mother of two and the proud wife of a U.S. Veteran.

Amanda Iovino
Amanda is an award-winning pollster and data strategist with nearly 20 years of experience helping campaigns, advocacy groups, and corporate clients navigate complex political and public opinion landscapes.
In 2021, she directed the groundbreaking polling strategy for Governor Glenn Youngkin’s historic victory in Virginia—a campaign that defied expectations and reshaped national narratives. For that work, Amanda was honored as Pollster of the Year by the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) and named to AAPC’s 40 Under 40 list.
Her work has been featured in The New York Times, USA Today, and other major outlets, and she’s appeared on PBS’s To the Contrary, NewsNation, and other domestic and international media.
